Rory Bremner "sad" after dance exit

Rory Bremner is sticking to his dance outfit for work despite being voted off Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday night. The impressionist and partner Erin Boag lost out in yesterday's results show to Nancy Dell'Olio and Anton du Beke, who had finished bottom of the leaderboard again on Saturday with an unconvincing paso doble.

The impressionist, 50, who has lost half a stone in weight and two inches from his waist since joining the BBC1 show, said it had taken over his 'waking hours' and some of his 'sleeping hours' too.

Rory's impressions

It's ice baths and impressions for Rory Bremner as he limbers up for his debut on the ballroom dancing competition.

Just going, ‘Well, a-well… you look laaahv-lee tonight…’ She kept saying, ‘Who’s that?! Who’s that?!’” Bremner chuckles. “Forgotten him already…”
