Craig has caused himself some 'arm

Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood says learning to be a classical conductor for BBC2’s Maestro At The Opera is hard on his arms.

He told Radio Times: “When I first came into this competition, I thought, ‘I’m a dancer. I know about timing. I can just sway my arms about and that will be enough.’ But conducting is hard. I’m in massages every second day!”
