This week The Sun’s Buzz Magazine went backstage to get all the gossip from Strictly and find out just how all the celebs cope with their nerves:
“There’s a lot of farting backstage, terrible smells being made just as people are about to go on,” Funnywoman-turned-pyschotherapist Pamela Stephenson reveals. “Nerves make you fart, so the girls get away with blaming the boys.”
Meanwhile, the Strictly boys, not satisfied with baring chests and flexing pecs, are using secret guerrilla tactics to distract themselves when not dancing. They lie in wait in dimly lit corridors and, when unsuspecting rivals go by, yank down their trousers.
“There are schoolyard pranks,” confesses EastEnders’ Scott Maslen who, at 39 years of age, is still a big kid.
Cramming in every possible second of practice is also high on the agenda, Patsy’s so determined to perfect her routine, she was rehearsing in the corridor, wearing hair rollers and a shower cap!
