Alesha Dixon went on Strictly Come Dancing because she never had dance classes.

The former Misteeq singer - who joined the ballroom dance show's judging panel after winning the competition in 2007 - decided to appear on the programme to help recapture her youth and have the experiences she missed out on as a young girl.
