Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ali Bastian has spoken of her admiration for her professional partner Brian Fortuna.

The actress told the spin-off show It Takes Two that she had instantly "clicked" with the US dance pro.

Ali gushed: "I didn't expect to be partnered with someone like Brian, who I clicked with and got on so well with from day one.

"This has been the most incredible experience and you have become my absolute best friend and world over the last few months.

"You are the most talented and inspirational man I have ever met. I am so, so happy that I have found you."

Fortuna was also full of praise for his former dance partner.

Brian said: "There's only one word I can use to describe working with Ali and that one word is magical... You mean everything in the world to me. Thank you so much - you have been amazing."
