Biographies

Born in October 1985, Mark was brought up in Milton Keynes. His signature style is as a self taught break dancer who choreographs his own crews, runs his own dance company, and as a teen was a local top class skateboarder before giving it up to forge a distinctive path in the world of dance.

He has been taught in hip hop by some of the best teachers from around the world – Brian Green, Henry Link, Yoshi, Kite, and Marjorie. Although he is self-taught, he has worked with various companies – Dance To Excess, Zoo Nation, Boy Blue, Bird Gang, and Pink Mafia – which has provided him with more constructive training in hip hop.

He recently won the BBC Three series Move Like Michael Jackson with his crew The Animaineux, but now he's trying to make his mark as a solo dancer. His ambition is to have a worldwide dance company with a base in the UK – and would have mini studios around the world with teachers travelling from school to school.

He has danced in music videos for J Shaun, All Saints, Sugababes, se:sa, and performed in West End last year in Into The Hoods. He did a UK theatre tour in Pied Piper, and was privileged to have danced at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday celebrations.
