
Around 6.5m viewers tuned in to the opening edition of Let's Dance for Sport Relief 2012, according to the BBC.
The corporation said that it had an audience share of 28.9 per cent for the dance show, which sees celebrities recreating famous dance routines in aid of the charity. Saturday's show was won by EastEnders duo Laurie Brett and Tameka Empson with their recreation of the Lady Gaga/Beyonce hit Telephone.
