Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey is to join Strictly Come Dancing as a stand-in judge.

The movie star will step in while Len Goodman has a week off. She said: "I'm delighted to be involved and can't wait to see what the contestants have got.

Hollywood star Jennifer Grey will foxtrot into Strictly Come Dancing as a guest judge next month. Stepping into Len Goodman's shoes for one week, she will join Craig Revel Horwood, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 November.

Most famous for her leading lady role in one of the greatest dance movies of all time – Dirty Dancing – Jennifer is no stranger to world of ballroom, glamour and glitter-balls.
