Bristol Palin admits her altered appearance is due to a surgical procedure — but not plastic surgery.
The Dancing with the Stars alum, who debuted her slimmer face at the White House Correspondents Dinner on April 30, tells Us Weekly that she underwent reconstructive jaw surgery in December for health-related reasons.
