Jason Gardiner has spoken out to insist that it was his decision to leave the panel of Dancing On Ice. The outspoken Aussie has claimed that he took the decision to quit the programme after discovering that Louise Spence was being lined-up to join the ice dance show.

He apparently told a pal: "They were just trying to get rid of me, so I walked." A source close to Jason told the Daily Mirror that Gardiner was annoyed that show bosses had arranged secret auditions.
