Danniella predicts a great final for DOI

Danniella Westbrook has predicted that this year's final of Dancing on Ice will be great. The EastEnders actress was voted off the show on Sunday after losing out to Gary Lucy in the skate-off.

Westbrook has said that the final is "too close to call" with Hayley Tamaddon, Kieron Richardson and Gary Lucy all skating to be crowned winner.

Danniella misses out on DOI final

Former EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook has been voted out of ITV1's Dancing on Ice, missing the chance to appear in next week's final.

The 36-year-old went up against actor Gary Lucy in the dance-off but the judges chose to save The Bill star by three votes to two.

After hearing the verdict, Westbrook said: "To come this far is amazing, it's been an absolute journey."

Lucy now joins actors Hayley Tamaddon and Kieron Richardson in the final.

Lucy, speaking after his performance, said: "I'm just so relieved, I didn't trip, I didn't drop [skating partner] Maria, I didn't take the cameraman out. It went well, it was great."

Former Emmerdale star Tamaddon - who is the favourite to win the skating contest - had the evening's highest score with 27.5 out of 30 as they skated to Bette Midler hit In My Life.

Head judge Robin Cousins said: "It was nice and serene and controlled. You had everything right tonight for me. Very nicely done."

Danniella reaches ‘Ender the line

Four celebrities took to the ice in tonight’s live semi-final show of Dancing On Ice knowing a place in the Grand Final was up for grabs.

And as usual watching their every move, with this week’s required element, a solo spot of at least 30 seconds were Ice Panel judges Jason Gardiner, fomer Spice Girl Emma Bunton, Nicky Slater, Karen Barber, and head judge Robin Cousins.

Jason thinks Daniella could win DOI

Dancing on Ice judge Jason Gardiner thinks that Daniella Westbrook would win the competition. The Aussie choreographer has revealed that the EastEnders star could threaten Hayley Tamaddon's chances of taking the crown.

Gardiner admitted that Westbrook's "sexy secretary" routine outshone Tamaddon on Sunday and took her to the top of the leaderboard.

DOI is a family affair for Danniella

Dancing on Ice star Danniella Westbrook revealed that taking part in the show has brought her family together. The EastEnders actress admitted that it was her children who encouraged sign up for the ice dance competition.

Westbrook added that she found going on the rink "terrifying" but confessed that when she sees her children watching she relaxes and "gets a boost".
